Reliable, Personal, Weather Forecasting for You!

Weather forecasting is not that hard to understand. Becoming efficient in prediction is a lot more. Holistic Weather Forecasting may seem daunting, but it does not have to be.

You most likely can remember one or more times when having a better grasp of the upcoming weather you could have had a better or better equipped day.

The 14-day challenge can give you the edge to be one up on the media forecasters.

  • There is learning about high- and low-pressure systems and how they interact with each other.
  • There is an understanding of how land and water mass, affect the movements of those systems.
  • There is learning how to track those systems, from where you are right now.
  • Then there is learning how to conclude what to expect the weather will be doing a few hours to several days from now.
  • You will learn that you inherently know what to expect from the weather.
  • All this utilizing less than 20 min. each day.

Go from.

The weather forecaster said that it might storm this afternoon, to saying instead,

  • “There is more than a fair chance of a thunderstorm this afternoon if the winds do not shift to the east”
  • “They say we could get 3-5 inches of snow, but the way the halo around the sun looked yesterday, we may get a lot more!”
  • Honestly, they say a chance of showers this afternoon, but I see nothing but cool and clear for the next two to three days.

How would you use this newfound ability?

  • Save yourself a spoiled afternoon, setting up outside, for an intimate gathering of friends?
  • Waiting one day to go on a long hike, and not needing to carry extra rain gear “just in case”?
  • Impressing someone that you know so much about the weather?
  • Booking a trip, a vacation, or a three-day travel trip, at a different time, saving money and/or a lousy time?

Think about all the times that weather has gotten in the way of you having a good time!
